Engineering assistance is one of the core services within Excellon. When helping customers to develop new products, our internal engineering talent can work with you to ensure the ultimate manufacturability and performance of that product. We can also provide optimal manufacturing tooling, jigs and test fixtures to improve cost and delivery.

All product assembly processes are ISO 9001:2000 compliant and personnel are trained to IPC-J-STD-001 standards. We stand ready to provide custom services that include subassemblies, inventory control and JIT delivery.
